REGISTRATION PACKETS were due by 10/14/09. If have yet to turn in your forms, please print, fill out and return to Coach Cicora ASAP.  The following paperwork, forms, physicals, etc. must be turned into Coach Cicora to be eligible to begin official practice on November 2, 2009.

PHYSICALS AND PROOF OF INSURANCE is required for participation. Physicals were held at Brookwood's Maroon Gym on Tuesday October 6, 2009 at 6:30pm. If you were unable to attend please have your physician complete the physical form and turn in to Coach Cicora asap.  If the student athlete has a physical on file with a fall sport then that athlete does not have to take another for wrestling. However, they must indicate what sport on their registration form. Physical evaluations are good for one year upon the date administered. Please make sure it is completely filled out with your guardian's signature.   If physicals are administered by your personal doctor, the Gwinnett county physical and insurance form must still be used.
