For the first time in school history,
both the Brookwood Varsity Boys and
Varsity Girls take 1st place in the
2009 Region 8 AAAAA tournament.

Brookwood Varsity Girls place 1st in Region

On Thursday, April 16 , 2009, the Brookwood varsity girls played in the 8-AAAAA region tournament at Summit Chase Country Club. Only the top two teams from this tournament qualify to play in the GA State Tournament, so a great deal was at stake. The girls did an outstanding job and accomplished their goal of securing a place at the State Tournament for the 6th straight year!
